CANCELLATION POLICIES
Clients can cancel the reservation free of charge up to 2 days before the arrival date.
Clients will have to pay the first night if cancelling within 24 hours before the arrival date.
If the client does not show up he will have to pay the total price.
TAX PAYMENT
Prices do not include 18% IGV. According to Peruvian Law, foreigners traveling for less than 60 consecutive days are exempt from paying the tax on accommodation services. If you are a foreigner you must present your passport and your Andean Migration Card in order to access this exemption.
CHILDREN POLICY
Children under the age of 4 can stay free of charge in their parent’s room.
